Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. in Lucena City, Quezon, is seeking a maintenance technician to perform general and preventative repairs and upkeep of building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience and the ability to respond to emergencies.

The position is on-site at Brgy. III, Lucena City with standard benefits and a six-month probation, offering growth, annual salary increases, and paid leave options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
• Can perform basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works.
• Respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.
• Maintenance including windows, doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, grounds upkeep, HVAC maintenance.
• Coordinates major work with contractors for A/C, heating, roofing, electrical and plumbing.
• Performs annual inspections and PM, including HVAC filter changes.

Job Functions:

Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.

Perform maintenance that include such items as: general cleanliness of windows; doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, maintaining facility grounds, HVAC maintenance

Coordinates major work with contractors such as air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.

Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspection, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician;
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• Amenable to work in M.L. Tagarao St., Brgy. III, Lucena City, Quezon

Knowledgeable on the following:

• Genset operation
• Electrical system operation & maintenance
• UPS operation
• FDAS operation
• HVAC operation & maintenance (knowledge in chiller operation is an advantage)
• CRAC/PACU operation
• Fire pump operation
