Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance and repair technician in Antipolo.

The role involves general and preventative maintenance across building systems, with hands-on tasks spanning windows, doors, plumbing, lighting, and grounds. You will coordinate with contractors and perform regular HVAC inspections, including filter changes. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, can handle minor carpentry and plumbing, and is available for on-site work at the Antipolo

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work
Basic plumbing repair works
Respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
With good employment record
Amenable to work at 182 P. Oliveros St., corner Gen. Luna and J.P. Rizal St., Brgy. Dela Paz, Antipolo City

Responsibilities

Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.
Maintains general cleanliness of windows, doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, facility grounds, HVAC maintenance.
Coordinates major work with contractors such as air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.
Performs annual inspections and preventive maintenance inspections, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.
