Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a maintenance and repair technician in Manila to perform general and preventative maintenance across building systems.

You will respond to work orders, inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, doors, and equipment, and coordinate with contractors for major work. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, ability to handle off-hours emergencies, and a solid work history.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works
• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• Amenable to be assigned in Taft, Malate, Manila

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance that include such items as: general cleanliness of windows; doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, maintaining facility grounds, HVAC maintenance

• Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspection, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.
