Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a facilities maintenance technician in General Trias, Cavite. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in related field and involves monitoring equipment, performing basic repairs, and ensuring safety standards.

You will handle preventive maintenance according to a 52-week plan, respond to service requests, and perform minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and civil tasks as needed. The position is permanent and full-time.

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance per 52-week program.

• Receive and respond quickly to service requests and report findings to Facilities Support Lead.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works as needed.
• Inspect facility and identify maintenance needs with recommendations.

Shifting schedule, 6 days a week (6AM-3PM, 2PM-11PM,10PM-7AM)

SITE: Block 2, Lot 5, Gateway Business Park, Brgy. Javalera, General Trias, Cavite

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure that all critical equipment of the facility is in good-running condition via the daily checklist monitoring system.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and perform scheduled maintenance activity based on the approved 52-week program.
• Comply with safety procedure and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Receive and respond quickly to service request and other reported maintenance issues within the premises and provide findings and recommendation to facilities support lead in a timely manner. i.e. air-conditioning temperature, defective outlets in work areas, locker request, etc.
• Perform minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and civil works for the facility i.e. repainting/touch-up of walls and wooden doors, replace busted lights, repair defective outlets, door locks, etc.
• Inspect facility to identify maintenance needs and provide recommendation to Facilities Support Lead and perform necessary action as needed.
