CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Maintenance and Repair Technician in Sta.

Rosa, Laguna. You will perform general and preventative maintenance, ensure timely completion of work, and coordinate major tasks with contractors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems. The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, ability to do carpentry and paint touch-ups, a valid driver's license, and the capacity to drive manual or automatic vehicles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician.
• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint touch-up work, basic plumbing repair.
• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours
• With good employment record
• With driver's license (PRO)
• Can drive manual and automatic
• amenable to be assigned in Sta. Rosa, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of work timely.
• Maintains windows, doors, plumbing, lighting and facility grounds; supports HVAC maintenance.
• Coordinates major work with contractors for HVAC, electrical, roofing, plumbing and lighting.
• Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance, including filter changes on HVAC units.

Job description

Performs general and preventative maintenance as requested and ensures completion of all work in a timely fashion.

Perform maintenance that include such items as: general cleanliness of windows; doors/exterior building, plumbing, lighting, moving furniture, maintaining facility grounds, HVAC maintenance

Coordinates major work with contractors such as air conditioning, heating, roofing, electrical, lighting and plumbing.

Performs annual inspections and preventative maintenance inspection, including filter changes on HVAC or AC units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a maintenance and repair technician;

• Can do basic carpentry repairs & paint retouch work, basic plumbing repair works

• Can respond to site emergency calls on out of office hours

• With good employment record

• Electrical system operation & maintenance
