You will contact customers about maintenance, schedule appointments, follow up on missed services, maintain records, coordinate with the Service Department, and promote after-sales initiatives. CRM familiarity and a Kaizen mindset are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any Business, Marketing, Automotive, Technical/Engineering, or related course.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding upcoming periodic maintenance schedules and service requirements.
• Schedule, confirm, and monitor service appointments.
• Conduct follow-up calls on missed appointments and deferred services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update data bases regularly.
• Coordinate closely with the Service Department to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Track pending customer callbacks and ensure they are completed on time.
• Support customer retention and after-sales service initiatives.
