Job summary

Lexus Manila Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Scheduling specialist to work on-site in Taguig. You will manage maintenance reminders, prepare lists of customers for service, and coordinate first-service outreach using the company information system.

Role requires 1–2 years in automotive, strong communication, MS Office, and SAP proficiency. On-site work at Taguig location preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business.
• 1–2 years’ experience in automotive or reputable firms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate scheduled maintenance with reminders and parts prep.
• Prepare lists of customers for service reminders and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Prepare lists of new customers due for first service from the sales showroom rollout.
• Verify vehicle details from history file and confirm accuracy.
• Remind customers of maintenance and promote offers and collect feedback.
• Estimate service due if mileage differs from system and update the control board.
• Invite customers for appointments and maintain appointment sheets and tags.
• Confirm appointments the day before and reschedule if needed.
• Report irregularities and update customer data daily.
