Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate scheduled maintenance reminders to customers.
• Arrange lists of customers due for service and new customers for first service.
• Refer to history file and confirm vehicle details.
• Remind customers about periodic maintenance and promote offers; schedule appointments.
• Estimate due service if mileage differs from system; update control boards and recall follow-ups.
• Invite customers for appointments and prepare appointment sheets; log details.
• Confirm appointments one day prior; handle cancellations and rebook as needed.
• Report irregularities and uncontactable customers to supervisor; update data daily.
