Job summary

Servicio Filipino, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires experience or training in electrical/mechanical maintenance, the ability to troubleshoot across systems, and physical fitness to work in a production environment. TESDA NC II certification is a plus, with responsibilities spanning inspections, repairs, and PM program support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or a related technical course.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• With basic knowledge of motors, pumps, machines, electrical controls, and other industrial equipment.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing/production environment.
• TESDA NC II certification related to Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Maintenance is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Conduct regular inspection of machines and equipment to identify potential problems or breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance-related issues.
• Perform installation, adjustment, replacement, and repair of machine components and parts.
• Assist in maintaining and monitoring electrical systems, motors, pumps, compressors, and other equipment.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and operational maintenance concerns.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and replaced parts.
• Assist in implementing the company's preventive maintenance program.
• Ensure that tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, organized, and in good working condition.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and proper use of PPE at all times.
• Coordinate with production and other departments regarding maintenance requirements.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Engineering Manager.
