Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an Engineering and Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair machinery and facilities. The ideal candidate has a 2-year technical background, 3+ years in manufacturing, and strong teamwork and documentation skills, with welding/carpentry a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires a 2-year technical course in Electrical or Mechanical.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong PLC/VFD/motor controls knowledge and ability to troubleshoot.
• Proficient in documentation and use of maintenance systems.
• Teamwork and analytical skills required; welding/carpentry a plus.
• Willing to be assigned to Plaridel, Bulacan.

The Engineering and Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the proper operation, upkeep, and repair of machinery, equipment, and facilities. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting engineering projects to improve efficiency, safety, and reliability of systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of at least 2-year technical course (Electrical or Mechanical)

• At least 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing company (preferably in a similar or related industry)

• Strong background in machine troubleshooting and maintenance, with knowledge in PLC, VFD, and motor controls

• Proficient in documentation and use of maintenance management systems

• Strong teamwork and analytical skills

• Welding and carpentry background is an advantage

• Willing to be assigned to Plaridel, Bulacan
