Job summary

GAMA Foods Corporation in Cagayan de Oro is seeking a Mill Operator to operate and monitor plant milling equipment, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production. You will ensure production parameters are followed, materials are processed correctly, and equipment is kept in good working condition to support consistent output.

The ideal candidate is a technical graduate with plant/mill operations experience or familiarity with standard operating procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, or related technical course.
• Experience in plant or mill operations is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic machine operation and production processes.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs.
• Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
