Job summary

The ideal candidate has technical education in mechanical/industrial technology and hands-on boiler experience, with strong attention to detail and teamwork to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology or related field.
• Experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers is an advantage.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and SOPs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the plant boiler system for safe, efficient steam supply.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plant standards.
• Monitor boiler parameters and respond to abnormal conditions promptly.

Job Summary

The Boiler Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant’s boiler system. This role ensures continuous steam supply for plant processes while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and operational standards. The Boiler Operator monitors boiler performance, conducts routine inspections, and performs basic maintenance to prevent downtime.

Requirements

• Graduate of Mechanical Technology, Industrial Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or any related course

• Experience in operating and maintaining industrial boilers is an advantage

• Knowledge of steam generation, pressure control, and safety procedures

• Proficient in monitoring boiler parameters and basic troubleshooting

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety protocols

• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
