Qualifications
- Graduate of Industrial Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Electro-Mechanical Technology, or related course.
- Experience operating machinery in poultry processing/food manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor dressing plant machinery according to SOPs.
- Ensure proper machine settings, production flow, and output to meet targets.
- Inspect machines and report abnormalities, breakdowns, and safety concerns.
- Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance as required.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, safety, and biosecurity standards.
