Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines (UGEP) seeks a Key Account Officer to lead technical engagements for the Aboitiz Power JV, delivering embedded solar proposals and solutions to ECs and DUs. You will manage client visits, site feasibility, and early-stage development, coordinating with UGEP engineering teams.

The role requires a BE degree with REE license, 1–3 years in solar, and strong communication to present to executives across the Philippines. Occasional travel is expected as projects progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and REE license required.
• 1–3 years hands-on solar power industry experience preferred.
• Experience in commercial/industrial, utility-scale, or DU-embedded solar is a plus.
• Solid understanding of PV system design, SLDs, and grid integration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and UGEP representative for JV with Aboitiz Power.
• Support joint-venture sales with embedded solar proposals and technical solutions.
• Attend client site visits and conduct follow-up meetings with technical discussions.
• Perform site feasibility, data gathering, and preliminary plant design inputs.
• Coordinate early-stage development activities and maintain project records.
