Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar engineering, with at least 7 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and Helioscope.
• Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the engineering team in the design and development of solar PV systems, including feasibility studies, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct technical evaluations, site assessments, and system performance analyses.
