Job summary

Upgrade Energy Philippines (UGEP) is hiring a Key Account Officer to lead joint venture sales and provide technical support for embedded solar proposals. The role requires coordinating with Aboitiz Power and external clients, conducting site visits, and delivering technical analyses from pitch to early-stage development.

You will assess site feasibility, assist in pricing, and help prepare technical proposals while maintaining project records and coordinating with internal engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and REE license are required.
• 1–3 years of hands-on solar power industry experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of PV system design and grid integration.
• Familiarity with EPIRA, Electric Cooperatives and Distribution Utilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint venture sales and provide technical support to clients.
• accompany Aboitiz Power team on site visits and present technical proposals.
• Engage with clients independently when required and resolve technical queries.
• Perform site assessments, grid data gathering, and feasibility assessments.
• Assist in drafting technical proposals, SOWs, and preliminary designs.
• Coordinate early-stage development activities and liaise between UGEP teams and partners.
