Job summary

AboitizPower in Luzon is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Fixed-Term) to oversee project maintenance, electrical testing, and solar installations across Subic, Malvar, and surrounding sites. You will collaborate with service providers and internal teams to ensure on-time equipment delivery and smooth transitions between project phases.

The role requires preparing site evaluation reports, as-built plans, test results, and technical documentation for engineering studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to perform field work and site assignments in Subic, Malvar, and across Luzon as project needs arise.
• Highly trainable, fast learner, and adaptable to supporting multiple concurrent project demands.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to power systems, electrical testing, site safety, or equipment maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in project maintenance, electrical testing, civil works, and solar installations across project sites in Subic, Malvar, and surrounding regions
• Collaborate seamlessly with service providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of equipment and smooth project transitions
• Prepare site evaluation reports, as-built plans, test results, and technical documentation for engineering studies and design updates
• Maintain 100% compliance with internal governance policies, safety protocols (SHE), and relevant electrical safety and compliance standards and regulations
• Identify process improvements and adapt to agile load-balancing across concurrent projects as operational demands shift
