Qualifications

• Fresh college graduates in Tourism Management.
• Good spoken and written English with a clear neutral accent (approx. B2–C1).
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals, 55+ and Canadian market.
• Strong listening skills with a consultative approach to recommending solutions.
• Highly organized with strong record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads and conduct discovery conversations.
• Present curated travel options and educate on itineraries, pricing tiers and value propositions.
• Build trust with a mature clientele and manage multi-week follow-ups.
• Convert inbound leads into bookings within defined timelines; handle objections.
• Maintain CRM records and document all interactions; meet targets for revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and client handoff.
