Qualifications

• Open for Fresh Graduates in Tourism/Hospitality or related courses, with or without experience.
• Minimum 2+ years' experience in sales or client-facing roles is a plus.
• Good spoken and written English; clear, neutral accent (B2–C1).
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
• Experience managing multi-touch, multi-week sales cycles and following up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Present curated travel options across itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions.
• Educate clients in a clear, sophisticated manner.
• Build trust with a mature clientele and maintain professional rapport.
• Manage multi-week follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion.
• Convert inbound leads into bookings within defined timelines.
• Handle objections and guide clients toward informed decisions.
• Maintain CRM records and update lead stages with accurate interactions.
• Aim for targets in conversion rate, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and handoff after sale.
