Qualifications

• Fresh graduates in Tourism, Management, Hospitality or Marketing.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear neutral accent (B2–C1).
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals (55+).
• Strong listening and consultative selling skills; highly organized with good record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads and guide them through the consultative sales process.
• Convert inquiries into bookings within defined timelines while addressing objections.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead stages.
• Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and client handoff.
• Build trust with a mature, professional clientele and meet sales targets.
