Job summary

Swissôtel Clark in the Philippines seeks an experienced L&D professional to lead the training strategy and manage the hotel training plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s goals and culture. You will monitor staff development and implement department-wide programs with emphasis on leadership, communication and HR processes.

Previous luxury hotel experience is an advantage; the role offers extensive staff benefits and advancement opportunities in a premium hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of L&D experience and understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and manage the Hotel Training Plan and budget.
• Ensure L&D activities align with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel.
• Monitor staff training needs and oversee departmental training programs.
