Qualifications

• Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs.
• Ability to analyze needs from multiple sources including guest feedback and staff requests.
• Knowledge of evaluating training effectiveness and transfer to operations.
• Experience maintaining training records and library of materials.
• Familiarity with talent management processes and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Training program design: create learning strategies and assess effectiveness.
• Training delivery: initiate, coordinate, and deliver training programs and follow up with participants.
• Training needs analysis: identify needs through brainstorming, staff requests, and guest feedback.
• Training program evaluation: monitor attendance and enrollment and assess transfer to operations.
• Training program alignment: ensure programs align with hotel operations strategy.
• Training program implementation: maintain checklists and ensure consistent delivery.
• Training program support: coach trainers and leaders, support new hires.
• Training program partnerships: collaborate with associations, training firms, and academic councils.
• Training program records: keep accurate records of training activities and participant information.
• Training program resource library: develop and manage central library of training materials.
• Talent management: develop and implement talent processes including performance management and mobility.
