Job summary

Swissôtel Clark in the Philippines seeks an experienced L&D professional to lead the training strategy and manage the hotel training plan and budget, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s goals and culture. You will monitor staff development and implement department-wide programs with emphasis on leadership, communication and HR processes.

Previous luxury hotel experience is an advantage; the role offers extensive staff benefits and advancement opportunities in a premium hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of L&D experience and understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

This position is responsible for creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan. Ensures that all L&D activities are completely aligned with the culture, values and strategy of the hotel. He/she monitors and analyzes staff training needs and oversee and implement all departmental training programs.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury brand hotel experience is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
