Swissôtel Clark, part of the Hann Casino Resort complex in Clark Freeport Zone, seeks a Director of Commercial to lead Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Revenue across the cluster.

The role focuses on maximizing revenue, market share and profitability for Rooms, F&B, Events and other outlets, while upholding brand standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of commercial leadership experience in a luxury/upper-upscale hotel or resort, preferably cluster/multi-property.
• Strong track record in sales, marketing, revenue management, and reservations leadership.
• Deep understanding of global distribution systems, digital marketing, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Results-driven, strategic thinker with strong leadership presence.

Job Description

Responsible for leading and driving all commercial activities across Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Revenue functions for the cluster properties.
