Job summary

Swissôtel Clark seeks a leadership-minded F&B Services supervisor to oversee guest-centric Food & Beverage operations and drive department profitability. You will set budgets, analyze P&L, and contribute to the annual business plans while leading a team in a luxury hotel environment.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, communication and analytical skills, with a background in hospitality management and relevant F&B experience. This role is based at Swissôtel Clark in Clark Freeport Zone.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel brand experience is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
• Additional certification in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
• Experience in all aspects of Food & Beverage Services, especially in local function styles
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records

Responsibilities

• Set periodical Food & Beverage Services budget & forecast
• Analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports, identify deviations from business plan goals
• Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop annual business plans for the department
• Oversee and manage Food & Beverage Operations and team members
