• Responsible for managing the daily operations of hotel guest services by delivering personalized service and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with hotel amenities and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are well-prepared and maintained.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to guests' satisfaction.
• Maintain open and clear communication with guests and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
