Raffles Makati is actively seeking a dedicated luxury hotel butler to deliver flawless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring suite readiness and bespoke guest experiences. • Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an asset.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience as a butler in a luxury hotel.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in Opera and Microsoft applications.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers flawless, personalized butler service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring impeccable suite readiness, curated amenities, and bespoke guest experiences.
• Coordinates seamlessly with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, and operational teams to anticipate guest needs and maintain exceptional five-star service standards.
• Coaches and develops the Butler team to deliver discreet, intuitive, and anticipatory service, while supporting training initiatives and continuous performance improvement.
