Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and support luxury standards in Cebu City. You will perform cleaning, linen changes, amenities replenishment, and basic maintenance reporting while delivering courteous service to guests.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in housekeeping or related roles, strong communication skills, and familiarity with PMS software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping or front office experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (Opera/Fidelio) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop floors, polish furniture, and change linens and towels.
• Replenish in-room amenities and sanitize high-touch surfaces.
• Ensure in-room facilities are working and report issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service with a professional attitude.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for room readiness.
