Qualifications

• University graduate is an advantage.
• Experience as a Butler from reputable hospitality brand is an advantage.
• Butler training/certificate from a reputable institute is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of guest services delivering personalized service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
• Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel amenities and services.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare and maintain rooms to hotel standards.
• Assist with administrative tasks and reports for the Butler team or hotel management.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, upholding discretion and confidentiality.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold the hotel's grooming standards.
