Job summary

Robinsons Land Corp is seeking an attentive housekeeping professional to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas in a hotel setting. You will ensure cleanliness, sanitation, and readiness while addressing guest requests with courtesy and professionalism.

Your role requires coordinating with Front Office and other departments, following SOPs, and performing regular quality checks to uphold service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in housekeeping or front office operations; prior coordinator/administrative experience an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and Property Management Systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Ensure in-room facilities (AC, lighting, TV) are in good working order and report issues through appropriate channels.
• Provide excellent guest service with a professional and courteous attitude.
• Maintain a secure environment by following hotel safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure room readiness and guest needs.
• Submit shift worksheets to supervisors for verification and relay important information.
• Perform self-inspections and ensure rooms pass quality checks including visual inspections.
• Follow SOPs for cleaning, chemical handling, and equipment use.
• Balance speed and quality to achieve assigned room quotas within shift time.
