Job summary

Shangri-La The Fort, Manila is seeking a Guest Reservations Associate to join our front desk team. You will provide support to guests on reservations and inquiries and collaborate with other departments to deliver best-fit solutions.

This role emphasises guest loyalty by delivering value-added service and contributes to maximising hotel business opportunities. A hospitality background and a passion for planning and organising are preferred.

Qualifications

• Preferably college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity.
• Experience in Room Reservations in a 5-star hotel or in the same capacity is preferred.
• Passion for Room Reservations is desirable.
• Creativity and detail-minded approach is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to guests on reservations and other related inquiries.
• Work with other departments and deliver best-fit solutions for our guests.
• Increase guest loyalty by delivering a value-added service to our guests.
• Contribute to maximising business opportunities for the hotel.
