Job summary

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a Butler for its upcoming 5-star luxury hotel in Makati, scheduled to open in 2026. The Butler will provide personalized and anticipatory service to guests, ensuring their stay exceeds expectations. Responsibilities include guest arrival coordination, managing guest profiles, and delivering high-standard services.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, 2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, and excellent communication skills. Be part of a pre-opening team dedicated to offering an exceptional experience in Manila.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in Butler or Guest Relations.
• Strong understanding of luxury service and VIP guest handling.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory, and discreet service to guests.
• Maintain and update detailed guest profiles.
• Provide a full range of Butler services, including in-room dining coordination.
