Job summary

Raffles Makati in Manila's premier financial district seeks a Bar Operations Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager with daily bar operations, ensure service accuracy and product consistency, and uphold luxury standards. Qualifications

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of five years in bar operations within a luxury hotel preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership, guest service orientation and ability to inspire colleagues.
• Proficient in Opera, Microsoft Office and hotel loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and assists the Outlet Manager with bar operations and product consistency.
