Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Sales, or Marketing, preferably in retail or beauty.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong capability to lead and manage a project.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support in developing and executing brand growth strategies.
• Assist in sales strategy development and execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and promotions.
• Manage brand budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Coordinate with principals and regional partners for alignment.
• Prepare brand monthly and YTD sales updates and analysis.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.
