Job summary

LUXASIA in Manila (Taguig) seeks a Retail Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations across a designated category within its luxury beauty network. You will drive sales performance, manage stock, and ensure premium in-store experiences while collaborating with Brand, Marketing, and external agencies.

Role requires 3–5 years in retail ops, leadership abilities, and strong skills in SAP/MIM and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably luxury/beauty brands.
• Proficiency in SAP, MIM, or equivalent systems; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance Management: own KPIs, cascade targets, monitor trends, encode data in MIM daily, plan monthly animations.
• Stock Management: maintain optimal stock, ensure key SKUs, verify SAP/MIM accuracy, regular stock audits, FEFO enforcement.
• CRM & CEO Management: recruit/train onboarding of CEOs, monitor grooming standards, evaluate performance, allocate manpower, approve daily records.
• VM: ensure compliance with planograms, support store launches, visit stores, maintain testers and POSMs.
• Retail excellence & audit: roll out framework, conduct audits, ensure execution standards.
