Job summary

LUXASIA is seeking a Head of LUXASIA Retail Corporation to drive Philippine retail growth, secure prime spaces, and optimize profitability across luxury beauty brands.

You will lead lease negotiations with malls and landlords, align cross-functional teams, and develop expansion strategies that maximize revenue while strengthening brand presence. This role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and deep market knowledge of the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years in business development, retail operations, or commercial leasing in luxury/beauty.
• Strong negotiation skills and proven success securing retail spaces.
• Strategic thinker with ability to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with mall operators and retail landlords in the Philippines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure prime retail spaces in malls and high-traffic locations.
• Lead lease negotiations with landlords and mall operators for favorable terms.
• Develop retail expansion strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Retail Operations, and Finance for execution.
• Analyze location performance and manage costs to drive profitability.
• Represent LUXASIA at industry events and build partnerships.
