Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a LPG Customer Service New Associate to handle inbound customer interactions related to LPG cylinder services, with occasional outbound calls if needed.

The role focuses on timely order processing, accurate account updates, and resolving delivery concerns while delivering excellent customer service. The position operates on a hybrid setup in Quezon Gateway Tower 2, Quezon City, with a morning shift and weekends off.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound calls related to LPG cylinder orders and service requests.
• Process new LPG cylinder orders and enter into system.
• Assist with delivery rescheduling and coordinate with logistics.
• Investigate and resolve delivery disputes and delays.
• Update customer accounts and service preferences.
• Guide customers through payment procedures and upfront arrangements.
• Identify opportunities for sales referrals to the appropriate team.
