This role supports a loyalty program, validates receipts, enriches user data, and assists with AI training and admin projects, with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The position is full-time, remote in the Philippines, with overlapping hours in US time zones and a flexible schedule to balance responsibilities across teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years in customer support, data ops, QA or admin work.
• Experience in consumer business, retail, hospitality or service.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent written English with professional communication.

Mansioni

• Process and validate receipt submissions for eligibility.
• Track receipt status and assist customers with issues.
• Train the receipt reader tool by flagging misreads to improve accuracy.
• Enrich and verify customer contact data.
• Annotate receipt data to support AI model training.
• Support finance and executive admin tasks as needed.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns with the US team and timing.
