Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager in Metro Manila to own customer communications, loyalty strategy and insights. You will lead a lean team of three, turning data into campaigns, rewards and decisions that drive engagement, retention and lifetime value.

You’ll manage CRM and mobile channels, design loyalty experiences, and collaborate with marketing, product and merchandising to deepen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in CRM or loyalty roles, preferably in retail or e‑commerce.
• Hands-on experience with CRM automation and mobile engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM communications strategy and calendar across channels.
• Lead mobile engagement campaigns to drive acquisition, retention and LTV.
• End‑to‑end loyalty programme design, enrollment, rewards and tracking.
• Analyse customer insights to inform marketing and product decisions.
• Report CRM performance and manage the budget for CRM and loyalty.
• Oversee technology, automation and AI to improve efficiency and targeting.
• Lead, develop and mentor the CRM & loyalty team and partners.
