Job summary

OpenTable is hiring a Customer Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract to support our international RSS team from the Philippines. You will handle end-to-end operational tasks, maintain data quality, and drive process improvements with automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year in admin/operational roles, strong communication, and experience with CRM and productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an administrative, operational, customer support, implementation, or hospitality-related role.
• Experience managing data entry, maintaining customer records, and using CRM or administrative software systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace suite.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous quality assurance checks, data audits, and record validations to ensure systemic accuracy across all restaurant, hotel, customer, and group accounts.
• Build, analyze, and distribute standard and ad-hoc operational reports and promotional management templates for key stakeholders.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement operational enhancements, utilizing modern AI and automation tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage business projects, refine team documentation, and support the development and communication of team processes.
• Identify data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
• Provide high-quality administrative support, completing data entry, documentation, and routine tasks within agreed timelines.
• Manage competing priorities to ensure all operational deliverables meet established quality standards and deadlines.
