Michael Page is seeking a role focused on loyalty platforms and CRM integrations in Metro Manila. You will manage real-time rewards, data flows, and multi-channel performance while coordinating with technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in loyalty, CRM or related fields, with strong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in loyalty programmes, CRM or related functions.
• Strong integration, data flow, and platform connectivity experience.
• Demonstrated project management or coordination experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrations between loyalty, CRM, engagement platforms and apps.
• Ensure real-time rewards, points calculations, and programme performance across channels.
• Maintain data integrity and synchronize systems and touchpoints.
• Configure and optimise automation workflows and customer journeys.
• Collaborate with tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor platform performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Support fraud prevention, security and compliance initiatives.
• Partner with product and CX teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Participate in system upgrades and new feature implementations.
• Translate requirements from business users into practical solutions.
