Home Credit Philippines is seeking a Loyalty Product Technical Specialist to oversee the loyalty platform, its integration with CRM, POS, and mobile channels, and to ensure secure, scalable real-time data flow. The role partners with product and IT teams to optimize UI/UX and prevent fraud while delivering reliable customer value.

The candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, translate technical terms into business language, and drive data-driven decisions for a growing rewards

Qualifications

• 3+ years in loyalty program management or customer engagement roles.
• Experience in solutioning – turning complex ideas into simple technical paths.

Responsibilities

• Manage loyalty program system integration with CRM, POS and mobile platforms.
• Ensure real-time points/rewards calculation and data synchronization across touchpoints.
• Build and maintain automation logic for the platform (IFTTT-style workflows).
• Implement and monitor fraud detection protocols.
• Serve as troubleshooting support with IT/software and customer service teams.
