Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, CRM, customer lifecycle, loyalty, retention, marketing analytics, or a similar data-driven role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience extracting, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer engagement systems.
• Experience using BI and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, engagement trends, campaign performance, and business metrics to generate actionable insights.
• Exposure to customer loyalty programmes, rewards ecosystems, membership initiatives, retention campaigns, or lifecycle marketing activities.
• Experience building dashboards, automating reporting processes, or supporting business performance reviews.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze customer and transaction data to support business reporting requirements
• Prepare recurring performance reports, scorecards, and management updates across customer engagement initiatives
• Maintain reporting accuracy by monitoring data quality, identifying anomalies, and resolving data discrepancies
• Support the measurement of customer activity trends, purchasing behaviour, and campaign outcomes through structured analysis
• Develop and enhance automated reports and visualisation tools to improve decision-making efficiency
• Perform customer segmentation and profiling exercises to support targeted business initiatives
• Translate large datasets into clear insights that help stakeholders understand customer patterns and opportunities
• Assist with forecasting, trend monitoring, and performance tracking across key business metrics
• Work with internal teams to respond to ad hoc reporting requests and analytical projects
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying reporting enhancements and process efficiencies
