The role focuses on managing integrations between loyalty, CRM, and mobile platforms while ensuring real-time rewards and data integrity across channels.

You will configure automation workflows, collaborate with technology and product teams, and drive platform improvements, security, and compliance to enhance customer journeys and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in loyalty programmes, customer retention, or CRM-related functions.
• Strong experience with system integrations and data flows across platforms.
• Demonstrated project management or coordination experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support integrations between loyalty, CRM, customer engagement, mobile app, and other platforms.
• Ensure accurate real-time rewards, points calculations, and programme performance across channels.
• Maintain data integrity and synchronisation between systems and touchpoints.
• Configure and optimise automation workflows, business rules, and customer journeys.
• Coordinate with tech teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Monitor platform performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and satisfaction.
• Support fraud prevention, programme security, and compliance measures.
• Partner with product and customer experience teams to deliver seamless UX.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and new feature implementations.
• Translate technical requirements into practical business solutions.
