Qualifications

• 2-4 years of analytics or data-driven experience in customer insights or marketing analytics.
• Strong SQL skills to extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation, and customer engagement systems.
• Proficiency in BI/dataviz tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker) and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze customer and transaction data for business reporting.
