Job summary

Michael Page collaborates with a fast-growing consumer technology company in the Philippines to recruit a lifecycle and growth marketing professional based in Makati. You will design onboarding journeys, establish milestones, and analyse user behaviour to boost early engagement and long-term participation.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations and Data teams to optimise the user journey, measure programme performance, and scale initiatives in a high-volume digital platform environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, lifecycle management, growth, customer engagement, or a related field.
• Experience within digital platforms, marketplaces, consumer technology, or other high-volume environments is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with automated, triggered, or behaviour-based communication tools.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in the Philippine market is advantageous.
• No specific degree or professional certification is stipulated in the role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage a structured onboarding and development journey for new platform users.
• Establish milestones that encourage early engagement and long-term participation.
• Analyse behavioural and performance data to identify drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop targeted communications and engagement initiatives based on user behaviour.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Data teams to improve the overall user journey.
• Measure programme performance and continuously optimise initiatives based on insights and results.
