Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own high-impact customer integrations and deliver technical solutions. You will lead customer integration projects from kickoff through launch and collaborate with customer product, engineering, and operations teams to discuss APIs, data flows, system configuration, and implementation requirements.

You will translate business and technical requirements into practical implementation plans, serve as the primary technical contact during post-sales

Qualifications

Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
Experience translating requirements into solution designs and implementation plans.
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with solution configuration and troubleshooting.
Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, product, project management and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

Lead customer integration projects from kickoff through launch.
Discuss APIs, data flows, system configuration, and implementation requirements with customer teams.
Translate business and technical requirements into practical integration plans.
Serve as primary technical contact during post-sales implementation.
Facilitate technical discussions on integrations, architecture, and solution design.
Manage customer technical inquiries and troubleshooting throughout the lifecycle.
Create and improve integration documentation and guides.
Collaborate with internal engineering to resolve complex technical challenges.
