Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or individuals with strong communication and MS Office skills, capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Customs Administration, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and email correspondence.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, bookings, delivery schedules, and other service-related concerns.
• Coordinate with customs agents, carriers, and internal operations teams to ensure the smooth processing and delivery of shipments.
• Process and prepare shipping documents and ensure the accuracy of cargo and shipment information.
• Provide timely updates to customers and assist in resolving shipment-related concerns.
• Prepare customer invoices and other billing-related documents.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer transactions and shipments.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
