• Monitor shipment status and provide accurate updates to customers.
• Prepare and maintain customer service reports, records, and documentation.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
