Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to manage driver assignments, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely execution with an onsite, day-shift schedule at Mall of Asia.

You will publish jobs for drivers, train drivers, handle customer inquiries by phone and email, process orders, and maintain records while collaborating with teams to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Group and assign jobs to drivers while ensuring timely deliveries.
• Follow up with drivers and provide support to ensure successful delivery.
• Publish jobs to attract drivers and expand the driver network.
• Conduct training for drivers to improve skills and knowledge.
• Make outbound calls to customers to update delivery status and address concerns.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels.
• Handle customer cases and complaints positively and professionally.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Coordinate with colleagues and other teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide feedback on delivery and customer service process efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and professional support.
